It’s not about what you know; it’s about what you do.

I'm everything I ever thought I'd be: a mom, a wife, a worker, a friend. And yet, in all it's simplicity, I manage to bring complexity, worry, and stress to my life. But in my Father's eyes I am loved, cherished, and guided. When I rest in Him, my life is sweet simplicity.
It’s not about what you know; it’s about what you do.

This comic says it all ...Now, having said that, I hope you all know that I would not trade my pregnancy belly for anything in the entire world. I just pray every day that Baby Boy Scobba is growing strong and healthy in there and that I would be doing the best for this baby even now before he's born.
Have a great day! Hugs from me. :-)
Megan
I talked to Charlie yesterday on the phone, and I asked him if he’d seen Megan at school. He said that yes he had. He saw her walking down the hall with her first grade class. Mrs. Hulit was leading a nice, orderly line of first graders, and Megan was on the end with her arms in the air, spinning in a circle as she moved along the hallway.
Maybe the mom in me should be upset that she wasn’t “towing the line,” but I just love that she was enjoying the moment. I don’t think I’ve ever been that free-spirited, even at that age. Charlie said her teacher Barbara was just smiling about it.
Shea and Baby
We put the crib up and the basinet together this weekend. Just 8 weeks ‘til baby! Shea is soooo excited about having the crib in his room. He asks me multiple times a day when his baby brother is going to sleep in his room with him. I keep telling him that it’ll be when the snow melts. I don’t have the heart to tell him that even after Baby arrives, he won’t be sleeping in the crib right away. We’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
I’m kind of worried that Megan is a little bit jealous, so I’ve been talking up how Megan has her own room and how she’s the big sister as a counter balance. She seems happy with that.
Shea wants to call the baby – Baby Boy. He thinks that’s the best name. Megan doesn’t know what we should call him; she just knows she doesn’t like most of the names her dad comes up with. :-p
I just wanted to post some pictures of our baby bellies now that we're in our third trimester with just 11 weeks until Baby Boy Scobba arrives. I'll post a note I wrote to Baby in my journal today too.
